"The only advantages of this hotel are that it is relatively new (so the room was fine)and it is not far from the USTA Tennis Centre. There is no hotel parking, the so-called continental breakfast was very limited and poorly presented, there were no other services available, and the room rate was quite high for the location."

"This hotel (and from my previous experience, it seems like all Best Westerns) needs to have a REAL dining room. What they have now does not in any way classify as a dining room to the kind of guests it caters to. If it wants to give off an image of seriousness and cater to the businessperson, it should look into the fact that people might want to enjoy a regular meal in a comfortable space. The eating area in Best Westerns does not look better than a cheap restaurant (cramped, no service, poor choices). Therefore my breakfast exparience was not enjoyable at all."

This Best Western is adjacent to Flushing Mall and approximately four miles from La Guardia Airport. It's within walking distance to public transportation, such as the bus, subway, and railroad station. Shea Stadium, home of the New York Mets, and the USTA National Tennis Center, which hosts the US Open, are both less than one mile away. Flushing Meadows Corona Park, where the 1965 World's Fair was held, is about two miles away. Hotel amenities include an on-site exercise room. Parking is 10 a day. All rooms have cable TV, dataports, clock radios, hairdryers, coffeemakers, irons and ironing boards, and work desks.
